→ Covert Operations State Alchemist Team

GOAL:
→ They serve the military and Amestris with all their ability, using guerilla tactics and unconventional alchemy to complete the militaries tasks.  


HISTORY:
→ Brought into existence after the death of Father and the initial 'first strike' of the Ishvallan insurgents, this group was crated to do the things normal alchemists or soldiers couldn't from the shadows. Throwing their morality out the window in hopes it would allow them to gain more power for the state.
